Using Project Egg Drop's unique teacher, self-, and peer-evaluation method, students build a skill profile that gives them a sense of their strengths in a team setting.
Each student has a profile page with a Karma score, Skill Profile, and listing of their activity.
The skill profile has a consistent total score spread across 5 categories. It's the distribution that is unique to each student and defines their strength profile. The categories are:
Supportiveness: ability to provide valuable research, comments, and words of encouragement.
Questioning and Analysis: ability to look at things from different angles, ask questions, and offer new approaches.
Communication: ability to make your thoughts clearly understood.
Productivity: ability to get things done.
Karma is a measure of participation and is not awarded for receiving up-votes.
